Day 1: Arrival at Delhi
After arriving at Delhi, you will be welcomed by our experienced and professional tour guide and chauffeur. You will be dropped off toyour hotel where you will be having a dinner and overnight stay. Time reserved for rest and relaxation along with light exploration of the nearby bazaars and markets of Delhi. By evening, we will drop you off at the hotel for sufficient rest.
Day 2: Sightseeing and tour of Delhi
After having a delicious and hearty breakfast from the hotel, we will start our full day tour of sightseeing and visiting Delhi by first visiting the infamous Raj Ghat and also exploring Old and New Delhi. At Old Delhi, we will be visiting the infamous bazaar of Chandni Chowk via a rickshaw ride and visit the spice market of Kari Baoli. After visiting Old Delhi, we will be sightseeing the major tourist attractions of New Delhi, namely Jama Masjid, the Red Fort and the tallest standing minaret of the world, the Qutub Minar. Our trusted and knowledgeable guide will give the most correct and accurate information about the history of the various monuments that are visited during the trip. We will also be visiting famous temples namely the Lotus temple and also visiting the India Gate and the Rashtrapti Bhavan. By evening you will be dropped off to the hotel where you would be having a luxurious dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3: Departure from Delhi/ Arrival at Mandawa/ sightseeing Mandawa
After having breakfast from your hotel, we will depart from Delhi and continue with our tour by heading to Mandawa. After reaching Mandawa, we will be checking at your hotel, where you would be staying for the night. After a brief rest and relaxation, we will have a half day sightseeing tour of Mandawa by exploring the various havelies and palaces situated in Mandawa. We will also be visiting various residential areas that are adorned and decorated with beautiful arts and frescos that showcase the Mughal and Rajputan style. By evening, we will transfer you back to the hotel, where you would be having dinner and a comfortable night stay.
Day 4: Departure from Mandawa / Arrival at Bikaner/ Sightseeing Bikaner
After an eventful sightseeing of Mandawa, we will have breakfast from the hotel; we will depart from Mandawa and head to Bikaner. Arriving at Bikaner, you will be welcomed by our representative and will be dropped off to a luxurious hotel for the overnight stay. Later that day, you will have a sightseeing tour of Bikaner by visiting the various temples and worshipping centers that are present in the location. We will be visiting temples such as the Deshnoke temple, where rats are worshipped and seen as scared animals and the Bandeshwar temple .We will also be visiting the16th century grand structure, the Junagarh Fort. By evening, we will return to the hotel for dinner and stay for the night.
Day 5: Departure from Bikaner / Arrival at Jaisalmer
After exploring Bikaner, we will set off for Jaisalmer. We will start our journey to Jaisalmer after having breakfast from the hotel. We will be travelling by car via highway. After arriving at Jaisalmer, you will be dropped off to a world class hotel where you would be checked in for the night stay. The rest of the day we will be exploring the city of Jaisalmer by visiting forts such as the Jaisalmer Fort and the Sonar Fort which is famous for its large exquisite balconies and the large palaces and large havelies and bungalows having large balconies and impressive windows adorned with intricately carved screens. The narrow lanes of Jaisalmer are adorned with such beautiful places, havelies and residential buildings. After exploring a part of Jaisalmer, we will be transferring you back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Sightseeing Jaisalmer
After having breakfast from the hotel, we will be continuing our sightseeing and exploration of Jaisalmer. You will be exploring the deserts of Jaisalmer for a complete day of sightseeing. We will also be travelling to see the famous Rajasthan desert and the desert dunes of Khuri. After exploring the desert, we will be heading back to the hotel, where you will be having dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 7: Departure from Jaisalmer / Arrival at Jodhpur / Sightseeing Jodhpur
After having a delicious breakfast from the hotel at Jaisalmer, we will be setting off to Jodhpur. Jodhpur is also called as the 'Blue city' because of the large abundance of blue colored buildings that adorns the city of Jodhpur. After arriving at Jodhpur, you will be dropped off to a five star hotel, where you would be checked in for the night. Later that day, we will be having a full day sightseeing tour of Jodhpur including visit sot places such as Jaswanthada and the famous heritage museum of Jodhpur known as Umaid Bhavan Palace. We will also be paying a visit to the largest fort found in India, the Mehrangarh fort. This fort showcases a wide display of artifacts and has a huge collection of a variety of fire arms and ammunitions that the Rajputs used for fighting wars. By evening, you will be dropped off to the hotel, where you will have a luxurious dinner and a comfortable sleep for the night.
Day 8: Departure from Jodhpur /Arrival at Udaipur via Ranakpur
After having a hearty breakfast from the hotel, we will continue our journey by setting off to the city of Udaipur, also called as the 'City of lakes'.On the way, we will also be visiting Ranakpur and explore the 15th century temples that are located in the area. For the rest of the day, you will be having an eventful and exciting boat ride on the placid waters of Lake Pichola and see the sun set. By evening, we will drop you off back to the hotel, where you will be having dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 9: Sightseeing and tour of Udaipur
After having a luxurious and delicious breakfast from the hotel, we will set off to explore the beautiful city of Udaipur, which is also called as the 'Venice of the East'. The city was built in the early 1500s by the Maharaja Uday Singh. We will also be visiting one of the biggest royal complexes present in India, the City Palace. After visiting, the City Palace, we will be visiting the temple built by Maharaja Jagat Singh in the late 1650s, the Jagdish temple.This city is known as one of the most beautiful cities of India, with its luxurious palaces with carved balconies and decorated pillars and structures. We will also be visiting other iconic structures such as Fateh Prakash, Zenana Mahal, Shambhu Nivas and Durbar Hall. Also, we will be visiting the famous Saheliyon Ki Bari, which was a courtyard built for the women which was a retreat and relaxation area for the royal maidens at the time. After exploring Udaipur, we will be visiting the local bazaars where one can experience and explore the various artworks, handicrafts and a large collection of jewels and gems, toys, woodwork, instruments and spices kept for sale in the streets of Udaipur. We will return back to the hotel, by night for dinner and night stay.
Day 10: Departure from Udaipur/ Arrival at Pushkar
After having breakfast from the hotel, we will depart from Udaipur and set to Pushkar. Pushkar is famous and well known for being one of the most important and oldest cities of India. After arriving at Pushkar, we will visit the Braham temple, a worshipping centre dedicated to Lord Brahma. The entrance of the temple is adorned with intricate carvings of swans, which is the symbol for Brahma. We will be transferring you to a four/five star hotel where you will be checking in for the night and will also be having dinner.
Day 11: Sightseeing Pushkar / Arrival at Jaipur
After having breakfast from the hotel, we will be continuing with our sightseeing and exploration of Pushkar.Pushkar is famous for its large mountains, Ghats and the infamous Pushkar Lake. After visiting the mentioned places, we will be setting off to Ajmer, where you w will be having a boat ride on the Lake Ana Sagar and will also be visiting the Dargah Sharif. After which, we will be travelling to the city of Jaipur, which is the capital of present day Rajasthan. On arrival at Jaipur, you will be dropped off to a hotel, where you will be checked in for the night. You will also be having dinner at one of the village resorts of the traditional villages of Choki Dhani where one can enjoy the traditional and authentic Rajasthani dishes. We will also be providing entertainment services that include traditional Rajasthani dance and music. Returning to the hotel for the night.
Day 12: Sightseeing and tour of Jaipur
After having a luxurious and hearty breakfast from the hotel, we will be exploring 'The Pink City ', Jaipur. This city is widely known for its rich culture, traditions and unique architectural wonders. We will start our sightseeing of Jaipur by enjoying an elephant ride to visit the Amber Fort which is situated atop of a low rise Sandstone hill. Later that day, you will also be visiting the City Place Museum which showcases the perfect blend of Rajasthani and Mughal Architecture, art and traditions. There is a wide collection of royal arms, weaponry, artifacts, handicrafts, carpets, and painting depicting the lives of the various royal families of the early 16th century. After visiting the City Place museum, we will be visiting the 'Palace of Winds' or 'the Hawa Mahal' which was built for the court ladies to view the streets of Jaipur. We will also be visiting Lake Man Sagar and the infamous Jal Mahal that is built in the center of the lake. By evening, we will be returning back to the hotel for an overnight stay and relaxation.
Day 13: Departure from Jaipur/Arrival at Agra/ Fatehpur Sikri
After having breakfast from the hotel, we will be heading off to the city of Agra. The world renowned location for being the home of the world famous Taj Mahal. Taj Mahal is declared as one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Taj Mahal is famous for its architectural splendor and structural wonder. This palace is build using only marble and was built by the Mughal ruler Shah Jahan in the early 16th century as a testimonial of love that he had for his wife Mumtaz Mahal.On the way from Jaipur, we will be visiting the former capital of the Mughal Empire, the Fatehpur Sikri. The city is famous for being the abode of the famous Mughal emperor, Akbar the Great. It is said that Akbar used to spend a lot of time in the city of Fatehpur Sikri interacting with courtesans, and fulfilling the duties as an emperor. After reaching Agra, we will be checking into a hotel for the night stay.
Day 14: Sightseeing Agra/ Arrival to Varanasi via train
After reaching at Agra, we will be heading out for an early excursion to Taj Mahal, to witness the structure during sunrise. After having a wonderful exploration of the Taj Mahal up close, we will also be visiting the nearby structures such as the Agra Fort where Shah Jahan was imprisoned till his death. At Agra, we will also be visiting the tomb of Itmad-Ud-Daula. After experiencing Agra, our experienced guide will accompany you to the Agra Cantonment Railway station, where you will be boarding a train for Varanasi. You will be spending the night in train.
Day 15: Exploring Varanasi
At reaching Varanasi, our tour guide will take you to a four star hotel where you will be checked in for the night. The rest of the day will be reserved for rest and relaxation and a light sightseeing of Varanasi. Later that day, we will be exploring the traditional architecture of Varanasi by exploring the ancient city of Sarnath. Sarnath used to be the largest Buddhist pilgrimage grounds of ancient India. We will also be exploring the various Buddhist temples and also visiting the museum located at Sarnath. After exploring Sarnath, we will head back to the hotel, where you will be having dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 16: Sightseeing Varanasi
After having an early breakfast from the hotel, we will be continuing with the sightseeing of the city of Varanasi. Varanasi is the centre for one of the oldest civilizations and traditions of the world. The main place for attraction in Varanasi is the city of Banaras. Banaras is world famous for producing high quality and valuable handmade saris and handicrafts. This place is also famous for the various Hindu temples – one of the most famous temples is Vishwanath temple. We will also be seeing the Ganges River, where we can see the evening Aarti and prayers done along the bank of the holy river Ganges. By evening, we will be heading back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 17: Departure from Varanasi / Arrival at Delhi via flight
After having a satisfying breakfast from the hotel, we will help you board flight from Varanasi to Delhi. Our tour guide will ensure that you will have the most comfortable and informative tour at an affordable price.
