Through this tour, one can visit Delhi, Agra and Jaipur by also visiting the walled city of Fatehpur Sikri.
Day 1: Arrival at Delhi
Our chauffeur or experienced employee will meet you at the airport/station and will drop you off at the airport where you will be checked in for the day. After proper rest and a quick recovery time along with necessary refreshments, we will be giving you a detailed tour about the old and New Delhi by walking through the streets of Delhi and visiting the various markets, bazaars, local temples and sightseeing locations for the rest of the day. By evening, you will be dropped off to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2: Delhi Tour
After a satisfying and tasty breakfast from the hotel, the Delhi sightseeing tour starts by 9:00 am. The sightseeing tour will be start by first visiting the Raj Ghat which the cremation and memorial ground for Mahatma Gandhi who is the father of the nation. After visiting Raj Ghat, we will visit Chandni Chowk which is located at Old Delhi, one can visit the various shops and experience the hustle and bustle of the bazaars and also have a shopping spree at the various handiwork and ethnic wear shops present in the city. We will also be exploring the Jama Masjid and the famous Red Fort which are also present near the vicinity of Chandni Chowk. Old Delhi is famous for its variety of local and fusion cuisines that showcases the various ethnicities and traditions present in the city. One can enjoy a variety of foods including traditional north Indian foods, traditional Mughal cuisine along with Chinese and continental foods at the large selection of restaurants and food centers present in the city. By evening, we will check in you to a hotel in Delhi, were you will be having dinner and an overnight stay. The hotel will be a five star hotel and will have optional air conditioned rooms as per request.
Day 3: Departure from Delhi /Arrival at Agra
After having a lavish and luxurious breakfast from the hotel, we will be departing from Delhi to arrive at Agra. For this purpose, we will be travelling from Delhi to Agra by road and the road trip will have duration of about 2 – 3 hours depending upon the traffic conditions present. The whole trip will have a travelling distance of more than 200 km. Once reached at Agra, the centre for the fallen Mughal Empire in India, you will be able to see why and how Agra plays an importance in the history of India. You will be able to have a few hours to spend at the world renowned Taj Mahal where one can experience and explore the architectural splendor and structural brilliance of the monument along with exploring the city of Agra. You will also be checked in a five start hotel where you will be having dinner and a room to stay for the night.
Taj Mahal is one of the first things that come to one's mind when the name Agra is said. Agra is most famous for being the home of the world famous Taj Mahal which is widely renowned around the globe as one of the seven wonders of the world. Another reason why Taj Mahal is famous is for the fact that it symbolizes and signifies the undying and passionate love that the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan had for his late Wife Mumtaz Mahal after she died while giving birth to their fourteenth child. Our experienced and knowledgeable tour guide will give you the detailed information about the Taj Mahal starting from its history and relevance with the Mughal Empire, the building designs and the various methods which were used to build such a structural wonder. You will also be having a time of nearly 2 hours to explore inside the monument and get to know about it up-close. We will also be visiting the various other tombs that are present in the city of Agra, including Akbar's tomb and the Agra Fort.
You will also be given time to visit the famous bazaars and shops of Agra, where one can find mouth watering foods and sweets such as Pedas, kebabs and Kulfi. After spending the whole day inside the city, we will drop you off at the hotel where you will be having dinner and a good rest for the night.
Day 4: Departure from Agra /Arrival at Jaipur
After having a good breakfast from the hotel, we will depart from Agra and head to Jaipur. Along the way we will also be visiting the stoned city of Fatehpur Sikri. On the journey from Agra to Jaipur, we will be visiting the Dargah of the famous Muslim Saint named Khwaja Salim Chisti. This is also called as the fort of Akbar in Fatehpur Sikri. We will also be visiting the various monuments that showcases the secularism and respect that was given to the various religions during the reign of Akbar. These monuments include the Buland Darwaja, Akbar's conference halls, and the renowned Jodha Bai castle where Akbar and his wife used to reside from time to time. After having a good amount of time spent at Fatehpur Sikri, we will continue with our travels to Jaipur, which is also known as the Pink City around the globe. Once we reach at Jaipur, you will be visiting the various Mahal built by emperors during the era of Rajputs along with the various ammunitions and fire arms that they had used for wars and fights. We will be visiting the Amber Fort and the Moaota Lake with the help of our experienced tour guide. After these visits, we will be checking you into your hotel where you would be having an overnight stay and a good rest.
Day 5: Jaipur sightseeing
After having a well deserved and replenishing breakfast from Jaipur, we will commence with our sightseeing tour of Jaipur and visiting the local markets and monuments. One can visit the city palace; the Jantar Mantar which is a monument used for astrological predictions, which was then built by the then emperor, Maharaja Jai Singh. We will also be visiting the Hawa Mahal and the Birla temple both are known for their peculiar architectural designs and splendor. You will also get time to explore the city of Jaipur by visiting the bazaars and you will get to see the various handicrafts and local embroidery and artworks that are placed for sale. These also include selling precious stones, polished jewelry and gems and selling colorful and high quality fabrics at the streets of Jaipur. After spending the day at Jaipur, we will be heading back to the hotel where you will be having dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 6: departure from Jaipur/Arrival at Delhi
After having a replenishing breakfast we will be departing back from Jaipur and head for Delhi as the tour is coming to its completion. The road trip will be of 6 hours and you will get to have time to reminiscence about the fun and memorable experiences that you had through our tour package. After a small amount of rest and lunch, you will be dropped at the Delhi station/airport where the tour will officially end.
